Rules and Regulations of Brittle Star Holiday Homes
Brittle Star Tours and some House and Apartment owners of Baan Talay Samran have agreed to invite you on to their private residential community on the condition that the following rules and regulations are strictly adhered to.
- No pets allowed. We will refuse you entry if you bring any kind of animals on the premises.
- Please DO NOT hang your clothes outside the house or on the trees for everyone to see. These should be kept on the hanger provided and indoors.
- Please DO NOT leave garbage around the premises and make sure your personal belongings are stored inside your unit. Do not leave shoes etc. outside your unit.
- Please put all garbage only in the bins provided.
- Please DO NOT consume food and drinks in the swimming pools. Definitely NO SMOKING in the pools either. Only swim wear to be worn in the swimming pools. Please shower before entering the pool.
- Please ensure that you DO NOT over populate the units.
Type C Condominium Unit Max. 4 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children
Type B4 or D Houses Max. 4 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children
Type B2 Houses Max. 6 Adults or 4 Adults + 2 Children
Type B1 Houses Max. 6 Adults + 2 Children
If we find that there are more than the above maximum number of people staying in any of these units, we will ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
- Only use the cooking facilities provided. Do not bring stoves and gas cylinders from outside on the premises.
Please refrain from cooking strong smelling food.
Please refrain from bringing Durian inside the units.
- Please DO NOT make excessive noise that may upset or disturb your neighbors. Definitely NO fire crackers allowed on the premises.
- Please DO NOT remove any articles from the units. Pillows, blankets, tables, chairs etc. are to remain inside the unit at all times.
- Pool and garden furniture ( sun loungers, umbrellas etc. ) are to be used around the pool and common areas. DO NOT move them to your unit. This furniture is for the use of everyone.
- Please DO NOT reserve a sun lounger or table around the pool or common area by placing a towel. These are on a first cum first serve basis and for the use of everyone.
- If you have a private car or a hired car, please DO NOT park where you block others from passing. Please ensure that you park in designated areas in the parking either under the condominium building or in the proper parking areas.
- Please keep the unit and the common grounds litter free. These areas are for everyone to enjoy.
- Please report to the reception office for check-in before proceeding to the unit.
- When checking-out, please report to the reception office and allow enough time for the house keeping staff to check the unit you have vacated.
- No motorized toys of any kind are allowed in the swimming pools or in the common areas.
PLEASE OBSERVE AND OBEY THESE RULES AT ALL TIMES. This is a PRIVATE COMMUNITY where many of the owners DO NOT rent their units out. If any of the above rules are broken, Brittle Star and the owners of the units have the right to terminate your contract and ask you to vacate the premises immediately. No refund of monies paid will be refunded.
